Our tracing staff have been recruited based on their backgrounds in this field and their reputations for reliability.
We are aware of the importance of quality rather than quantity in tracing, as all too often some agencies neglect this area and forget that action is taken, and money spent, based on their results.
Our trace enquiries are all carried out 'in-house' to enable us to maintain quality in our results and to monitor our agents' methods. We do not rely merely on database searches to complete our clients' instructions.
We will not report a trace enquiry as a positive result, and will not raise an invoice, unless we have received confirmation of the subject's actual residency at the supplied address and we will supply all relevant information that we discover, such as the subject's employment situation, along with our findings.
In the case of an unsuccessful enquiry, we will supply you with any relevant information in our report and, wherever possible, the reason that the subject could not be located.
As an agency, we do not lose sight of the fact that action is taken based on our findings and we will not profess to reach unrealistic success rates in order to secure new business. However, those cases that we do resolve will be accurate.
